SubSafe Can Help You Reach Your Health Goals in 2020

At SubSafe, we value health and wellness. To kick off the New Year we compiled a list of our favorite healthy ways to fill your SubSafe. Start your year off right and let us know if you use your SubSafe in a way that’s not listed.

 

1. Use your SubSafe as a protein shaker

 

Bring your SubSafe with you for a workout! The SubSafe base and the drinking lid pair perfectly for a leak proof cup. Shake up your protein powder and liquid of choice, then slide the lid open to enjoy!

 

2. Use your SubSafe for overnight oats

Overnight oats are a delicious and protein packed healthy breakfast. Fill your SubSafe or SnackSafe with your favorite oats recipe and put it in the fridge before bed. When you wake up you’ll have a delicious breakfast waiting for you. Need breakfast to go? Twist the top on and eat it at a later time.

 

3. Use two of your SubSafe pieces for veggies & dip

Veggies and dip are a healthy snack to have throughout the day. Pick two SubSafe pieces and fill one side with vegetables and the other side with a healthy dip or hummus. If you want to take your snack to go, use a SnackSafe for the dip and a 6-inch container for the vegetables. The spill-proof containers will keep contents contained until you’re ready to enjoy.

 

4. Use your SubSafe as a water container

If you fill your SubSafe base with water and drink the whole thing, you’ll already have drank over 1/3 of the recommended daily water intake! As seen in the photo, the SubSafe base and drinking lid combine to hold 36 ounces of water. Bring yours to the gym with you and try to finish the whole container! Or keep it with you throughout the day and aim to fill it 3 times.

 

5. Use your SubSafe to store a healthier sandwich alternative

7. Use your SubSafe as a salad container

It’s no secret that a salad is a great choice for a healthy meal! Use your SubSafe as a salad bowl. Pack in all the ingredients, and pour your dressing in when you’re ready to eat. Twist the SubSafe pieces together and shake it up! Enjoy your tossed salad and evenly distributed dressing.
